    Our history is one of partnership—showing up for each other, empowering aligned leaders, and dreaming up new realities. We personally make over 2000 strategic introductions between our members every year—a force multiplier for opportunity.

  • When we created The What Alliance in 2020, our vision was to build an engine of unlimited potential fueled by women we trust and can call on to help us solve problems, achieve our biggest goals, drive movements, and yes … change the world. 

    Since 1999, we have lovingly cultivated trusted relationships with extraordinary women who are happy to share decades of wisdom, resources, and connections in an effort to help create greater impact in work and life, not just for their Allies but for ALL women.

    A considerable amount of intellectual and financial capital has  been invested, raised, and created inside of TWA but only after personal connection and trust is established. Anyone who is interested in “mining” our super-connected community or has the mindset of “what’s in it for me?” is discouraged from applying.
